Definitions

The following definitions are used for the terms of service:


  1. Internet
    1. A publicly accessible digital environment connected by electronic signals
  2. Data
    1. Data is a piece of digital information that can be processed and/or stored by digital means
  3. Information System
    1. An integrated set of components for collecting, storing, and processing Data and for providing information, knowledge, and digital products
  4. Software As A Service
    1. Software As A Service (SaaS) is a software licensing and delivery model in which software is licensed on a subscription basis and is centrally hosted
  5. Platform
    1. The Platform is the ownership, equipment, code and logic, as further described in these terms of service, that combine to create the Information System associated to the Software as a Service
  6. Platform Owner
    1. The Platform Owner is the legal entity that has authority over the Platform.
    2. The Platform Owner is Li7.io Pty Lty. All rights reserved.
  7. Platform Partner
    1. Either the Platform or a 3rd party company that provides Features, Applications and Bundles for use on the Platform
  8. Platform Staff
  9. Public
    1. An unidentified member of the world
  10. Subscription
  11. Subscription Fee
  12. User Account
    1. Information and security that allow the Platform to uniquely identifify a single person
  13. User
    1. A single person that forms a User Account and participates in a Subscription on the Platform
    2. A single person that has agreed to these terms and conditions
    3. A single person that is 13 years of age or greater
  14. Month
    1. A Month is defined by the modern Gregorian calendar and resets at midnight on the first day of each of the twelve months. The average amount of days in a Gregorian month is approx 30.44
  15. Feature
    1. A feature is a discrete service on the Platform that can send and/or receive Data and manipulate that Data to provide output
  16. Application
    1. A finite combination of Features that form a combined output with a cohesive purpose
  17. Bundle
    1. A finite combination of Applications and Features that form a proposed benefit to the subscriber
  18. Offering
    1. A finite combination of Features that represent the services offered by the Platform
  19. Content
    1. Combinations of Data used to form communication
  20. Org
    1. A digital representation of a legal entity
    2. The logical place where the Offering is combined with Content to form meaningful output unrelated to the Platform
  21. Website Credit
    1. A digital, non-redeemable numerical amount that represents the purchasing power of a Subscriber within the Platform
    2. Website Credit can be used to enhance subscription services
    3. Website Credit for an Org can be purchased by the Public
  22. Feature Subscription
    1. The act of linking a Feature to an Org by using Website Credit
    2. The Feature Subscription is in place for a finite period of time as described by the feature
    3. Subscribing to a Feature is legally binding for the duration described by the feature
  23. Standard
    1. A Standard is an internal configuration of data that is specific to the Platform that may or may not conform to other recognised external standards
    2. A Standard is a shared implementation of the Offering for Features
    3. A Standard can embody other external standards as described by the Standard

    1. A rule that determines what a User is able to access

      1. A Feature

    1. A single user that has final legal authority over an Org
    2. An Org Owner can deligate authority to other users within, and external to, the Org
  31. Org Representitive
    1. A single user that has been given authority to act by an Org Owner through the use of an Org specific Role

Terms of service

By using this website you agree to the following terms:


  1. Breech of terms
    1. Any breech of these terms of service could result in the suspension of service as deemed by the Platform
  2. Terms of Service
    1. The terms of service may change over time to reflect the most recent climate and conditions
    2. The terms of service may change without notice
  3. Website Credit
    1. Subscription to the Software as a Service gives access to an amount of non-redeemable Website Credit
    2. Website Credit is assigned to an Org
    3. Ongoing services may reduce the amount of website credit past 0 into negative credit
    4. Services may be suspended by the platform if the amount of Website Credit becomes 0 or less
    5. Services may be modified by the platform if the amount of Website Credit becomes 0 or less. This may be in the form of external advertising or some other method
    6. Some or all of the Website Credit used during the subscription may be distrubuted to Platform Partners
    7. Website credit may be converted to a digitial Cryptocurrency at some point in the future. At that time each org will be credited with digital currency equivelant to the value of Website Credit held by the org
  4. Feature
    1. A Feature is owned and operated by the Platform or by a Platform Partner
    2. Features have versions which can be nominated during Feature selection
    3. A Featrure version that was once available may no longer be available at the end of a Feature Subscription period
    4. A subscriber can subscribe to a feature for a fixed period of time, as described by the feature
    5. Features are provided "as is" and will be changed only at the discresion of the feature owner
    6. The services provided by a feature may change at any time without notice
    7. Features draw down upon Website Credit for an Org:
      1. A feature will have a maximum cost per month as described by the feature
      2. The cost of a feature for each Org per month will change based on a number of factors including, but not exhaustive of:
        • Monthly spend
        • Relationship with the Platform Owner
        • Service to the community
      3. Additional to the cost of a Feature is Data Usage and Data Storage costs incurred by the Org
  5. The Offering
    1. The Features on the website can form a finite combination of services called the Offering. This consists of:
      1. Connections
      2. Data Structures
      3. Data Transformations
      4. Data Validations
      5. Logic
      6. Metadata
      7. Timings / Schedules
  6. Content
    1. Content can be generated by the Org Owner, or an Org Representitive, using the Offering
    2. Content can generated by the Org Owner, or an Org Representitive, created upon Subscription
    3. Content on the Platform is the responsibility of the Org Owner
    4. The Platform does not have access to content generated or provided by an Org
    5. The Platform cannot differentiate between content generated or provided by an Org
  7. Privacy
    1. The Platform seeks to protect the privicy of its subscribers to the maximum extent as described by the Privacy Policy of the Platform Owner
  8. Costs
    1. Website Credit can be purchased on the Purchase Platform Credit page
    2. The cost of Website Credit will vary from day to day based on a number of factors including:
      • Value of local currency
      • Economic climate
    3. When making a Feature Subscription you will be charged for an entire Month, if monthly charges are applicable, regardless of the day of the month the Feature Subscription occurs
    4. Recurring monthly costs will be calculated on the first day of the Month
  9. User
    1. User Accounts cannot be shared by multiple people
    2. On request by the Platform, a User must supply accurate information
  10. Page Presentation and Credit
    1. Any page generated by the Platform may give credit to the Platform Owner as the provider of the page in the form of text and/or other media
    2. The Platform Owner logo will be used wherever a favicon.ico is available, for example in a browser tab
    3. All user management pages, such as login, registration and password reset, will be branded with the Platform Owners branding
  11. Access
    1. The Platform forms part of the Internet and as such can be accessed from a variety of locations
    2. The Platform is not responsible for restricting access to the Public in areas that its does not trade
  12. Laws and Government
    1. The Platform has no affiliation with any external government, ruling body or policitcal party
    2. The Platform seeks to adhere to all local laws in locations in which the Platform trades
    3. The Platform will protect its own interests and the interests of its customers in the face of all external pressures as dictated by the policies and culture of the Platform Owner
    4. The Platform reserves the right at any time to:
      1. Ceace trading in any location
      2. Disable any Org
      3. Cancel the subscription of any user
  13. Intellectual Property
    1. Content is owned by the Org Owner and is managed by an individual Org and its Org Representitive
    2. The Offering is proprietary and is owned by the Platform
    3. Features are owned by the Platform and/or, by written agreement, a Platform Partner
    4. The Offering cannot be used to generate an Information System external to the Platform. Without written conscent of the Platform Owner you may not:
      1. Externally replicate the Offering, in part or whole
      2. Export content structured by the Offering
